The Lowe Alpine Cerro Torre is the benchmark in trekking packs. No matter what you through at it, it will deliver. The 80-100 litre capacity of this model is certainly enough for expeditions or long hikes when you have to carry a heap of food or extra gear. The brand new VT FLEX harness system though makes the thought of a heavy pack seem quite pleasant and manageable. Not only is it amazingly comfortable, but it helps carry the load close to your centre of gravity in a really stable way, helping heavy loads seem a lot less heavy. It promotes the natural flex and movement of your back, shoulders and hips so makes climbing or technical hiking much more enjoyable and unrestrictive.
